2. Reservation and Accommodation: Reservations at Hotel Ten Square are subject to availability. All guests must provide valid identification upon check-in. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 1:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out not possible.

4. Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay. Any illegal activities will result in immediate eviction without refund.

5. Website Usage: The content and materials on the website are for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use or reproduction of the website content is prohibited.

6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.
